Service Description

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) includes acupuncture, herbs, moxibustion, cupping, and other modalities. It is a wholistic practice in terms of treating the entire person: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. As an important component of TCM, acupuncture is the application of sterile fine needles through the skin in specific points lying on meridians or channels coursing through the body. Acupuncture helps to move Qi or the energetic life force through the channels, thereby helping to improve a person's well being. Acupuncture is used as a treatment for many acute or chronic conditions such as pain, digestive difficulties, skin problems, reproductive conditions, and stress.
